Repair service is easy,simply carry your BIXOLON product, along with proof of the date of original purchase to the nearest service center in your area. BIXOLON's worldwide base of Authorized service centers are conveniently located to assist you with your repair needs. Your BIXOLON product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. While under warranty, all replacement parts and labor are provided without charge.
